Returns and Warranty Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (online or distance purchases) The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, provided that it is not a personalized or custom-made item. To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision in writing before the end of the indicated period.

2. Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made jewelry. The right of withdrawal does not apply when the product has been manufactured specifically for the customer, with a personalized design, engraving, special measurements, or unique characteristics requested by the buyer. Custom-made items cannot be returned due to a change of mind, except by exceptional agreement between both parties.

3. Conditions for return (if withdrawal applies or if there is a defect) The product must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, with its original packaging, accessories, certificates and invoice. In case of manufacturing defect or error on the part of the seller, the customer has the right to demand repair, replacement, discount or refund according to current legislation.

4. Return procedure

1. The customer must communicate their desire to return or withdraw via email or contact form.

2. The item must be sent to the address indicated, properly packaged and protected.

3. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the confirmation and corresponding refund will be processed.

5. Refund Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, preferably using the same payment method used in the purchase. The refund may be delayed until the returned item is received or documentary proof of shipment is provided.

6. Return shipping costs If the return is due to withdrawal (change of mind by the customer), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error by the seller, the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

7. Legal Guarantee All products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee. In case of a defect or hidden flaw, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.

Shipping Policy and Manufacturing Lead Times

1. Made to Order. All pieces are individually manufactured after the order is placed. Each piece of jewelry requires a specialized artisanal and finishing process.

2. Production Times The estimated manufacturing time is 3 to 6 weeks , depending on the complexity of the design and the workshop's workload. The timeframe may vary during periods of high demand (holidays, promotions, or complex custom orders).

3. Shipping Once manufacturing is complete, the product is shipped to the address provided by the customer via certified courier or tracked transport service. Delivery times will depend on the destination country.

4. Specific or Urgent Dates If the customer needs to receive the part on a specific date or urgently , they must contact us before placing the order. In special cases, we will do our best to adjust the deadlines.

5. Shipment Tracking Once the product has been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number and the information needed to check the shipment status.

6. Shipping costs Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be communicated before finalizing the purchase.
